Capability
We have invested to build Paper Bag Making Shop and Printing Shop in Central Taiwan to keep all paper bag production in house. In the Paper Bag Making Shop there are 6 full automatic Paper Bag Making Lines. Also we have 3 sets of 6-color sheet-fed offset printing machines in the Printing Shop to make sure all our produced paper bags in good quality.
What we produce mostly is the machine made twisted handle paper bags. All our produced paper bags must go through the strict quality control. In addition to 100% check, we go with pull strength testing and fatigue testing by sampling to make sure their best qualities. Therefore, you will gain the extra values from our produced paper bags which the other competitors can’t offer.

Six Color Printing Machine
All our produced paper bags must go through strict quality control. In addition to 100% check, we implement pull strength testing and fatigue testing by sampling to make sure their best qualities. Therefore, you will gain the extra value from our produced paper bags which the other competitors can not offer. It means that our produced paper bags can carry more weight. Please takes a close look at those mentioned sampling tests in detail below:
The standard of pull strength testing
The twisted paper handles are pulled by 20KGs or more of strength like the below pictures. As a result, the twisted paper handles can carry the load of 30 KGs and more from the actual testing. (Method: sampling)
The standard of fatigue testing
The paper bag carrying a 5 KGs load is pulled up and down continuously like in the below pictures at least 800 times. As a result, the twisted paper handles do NOT break.(Method: sampling)
